It’s the way of the world atm, isn’t it! A few weeks out in the wild then back in stalls for Lockdown [thanks Gladys 🙁 ]
So, for the foreseeable we’re back on Zoom @6pm on Tuesdays and oh my gosh I encourage you to keep an eye on www.facebook.com/yarrayukers if you’d like to pop in.
It’s a really good time to share a song you like to play for yourself. If you have a sheet, you can pop it up using adobe and screen share it during our Zoom calls, or you can send it to me at greatbigukes@gmail.com before the sessions so I can screenshare it for you (including the scrolling as you play!). We love being able to play along with you. This week we enjoyed a little Mozart (see the MUSIC page for the sheet), an unspeakably cute Courtney Barnett two chorder ‘DePreston’, and got on the with ‘Bare Necessities’ of life: all novel tunes for us. Hoping for more next week. 🙂
Hoping even more that we get to return to The Retreat in due course and resume our cosy face-to-facemask sessions.
